Think Happy is the brand that Autobacs licensed to produce RC versions of the 2002 NSX JGTC cars in 1:20 scale.  These cars, made in China, come window boxed with an instruction sheet and some additional decals above and beyond the well applied ones already on the car. I am only aware of 2 NSX's in the series:
