This is Majorette model (289) of the McLaren Honda MP4/5 in approximately 1:54 scale.  It's certainly not an accurate representation as it uses the Majorette's generic open wheel chassis/body.  There are a few variations.

This version has "A. Prost" on one side and "A. Senna" on the other of the engine cowling. The "200" band on the box is in silver.

The "H" logo on this one is double printed on the nose (making it rarer?).  The "200" band on the box is in red.

Here is one that only has "A. Senna" on one side. The "200" band on the box is in silver.
